Transportation rules

Puppies up to 2 months old

Puppies up to 2 months old must travel accompanied by their mother and with a certificate from a veterinarian confirming their good health, as a substitute for the microchip and vaccines.

Puppies 2 months and older

For puppies from 2 months onwards, it is mandatory to have the microchip and vaccinations, which are recorded and verifiable in the health booklet, along with the certificate of good health from the veterinarian.
We remind you that there must be a time interval of 10 to 15 days between the last administered vaccine and the departure, both for dogs and cats.

Animals with disabilities

For Animals with disabilities, a certificate from the veterinarian is required, stating that your beloved pet, despite being disabled, is able to undertake the journey. The same applies to sterilized and/or neutered dogs, as well as those in post-operative recovery.

Furthermore

Animals that exhibit severe agitation or aggression will not be transported to avoid issues both during the journey and upon delivery.
If sedatives need to be administered during the journey, a prescription from the attending physician is required.
Animals boarding must be free from ticks and fleas, so it is necessary to clean and treat your pet for infestations before delivery. Otherwise, they will be refused.
Furthermore, it should be noted that stolen animals will not be boarded, and the carrier is not responsible for theft, loss, injury, or death of animals that may occur during the journey.
